Something about me

I have been working at our hotel since 2012, and cooking is not only my job but above all my passion. My favorite cuisines include Italian and Asian. At the Il Giardino Toscano restaurant, where we focus on Tuscan specialties, I strive to express the beauty of simplicity built on freshness and the quality of ingredients.

I draw inspiration from my travels, most often in the Mediterranean and especially in Italy. I regularly visit Tuscany and collaborate with the renowned chef Jonathan di Alessi, who motivates me to constantly grow.

I refine my skills not only in the kitchen, but also in leading a team and communicating with guests and management. I am constantly seeking new challenges – whether through courses, cookbooks, or following global culinary shows.

I am a young head chef who enjoys pushing boundaries, and I am delighted to serve guests not only food but above all a true gastronomic experience every day.
